Rational License Key Server Administration and Reporting Tool Fix Pack 9 (8.1.4.9) for 8.1.4

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When attempting to generate a user-based report using the IBM
  Rational License Key Server (RLKS) Administration and Reporting
  Tool (ART), the report will fail with a "no data found" error.
  Attempting to generate the same report using an English Locale
  works and generates output.
  
  Examination of the ART logs shows this stack trace:

  The translated string for "License Hours or Number of accesses"
  contains an accented character, which is not valid as an XML
  element name.
  

Local fix

• Generate the report using an English locale.

Problem conclusion

• The issue has been fixed in version 8149. Any User Based report
  can be successfully generated in French.
  Upgrade to RLKS Administration and Reporting tool version
  8.1.4.9.
