  Description :
  Within RTCz Integration part of RDz, User Builds files are
  loaded to MVS with the wrong encoding : PL/I source files are
  loaded with the default MVS code page  IBM-1047 instead of the
  defined UserProperties mvsCodePage = IBM-1141.
  
  Example :

Problem summary

• Files copied by User builds are loaded to MVS in Host Emulation
