Error description
Customers migrating to WebSphere Application Server Liberty profile V8.5.5.5 will encounter an increased CPU load for certain SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) handshakes relating to SSL peer certificate processing. This is because the WebContainer was updated to use javax.net.ssl.SSLSession.getPeerCertificateChain() - it should have continued using the newer javax.net.ssl.SSLSession.getPeerCertificates(). The increased CPU load is only during session initialization.
