Error description
In Rational Developer for System z (RDz) versions 9.1.1 and 9.1.1.1, opening a local file using File > Open File or double clicking on the file from a local workspace, will result in displaying "Error" in the COBOL and PL/I editor and the contents of the file will not be displayed. Problem summary

Problem conclusion
Code has been fixed to handle the files opened outside of the workspace with Eclipse based editors in RDz.
