Error description
When attempting to drag and drop a file from an MVS sub-project to the Desktop, the operation fails and the file is not copied as expected. This failure was first observed in Rational Developer for System z V8.5.1.5 (RDz), but additional testing has shown that the function is also broken in V9.1.1
