Error description

  • When Objects containing Double Byte characters (say Japanese or
Korean) are merged using the DOORS standard functionality of
'Merge Objects' the way in which the Double Byte Characters are
displayed in the new Object are different as compared to the
    original characters.

NOTE: Its only the way in which the characters get displayed is
    different to the original ones.
However, the character itself remains the same and the meaning
of the word containing the characters doesn't get changed.

    Steps to reproduce the behavior:
    =======================
1.> Create a Module with two Objects which have Korean or
    Japanese characters in them.
2.> While being in Exclusive Edit mode of this Module > click on
Tools > Functions > Merge Objects
3.> Select all the Objects, leave everything as default and
    click OK/Apply

You'd notice that the way in which the Double Byte characters
are displayed in the new Object is different to the way in which
the characters exists in the original Module.

The merged Object's characters appear as if they are of a bigger
font size or as if they are in Bold (though they aren't)

Also, there is a space or a empty line added in between the
contents of the two Objects. (which is not the case if Object
    with English characters are merged).

    * local language support; they need to use a fully local font *
