• Closed as program error.

Error description

• On some Windows systems it is not possible to use any of the
  main menus.
  It can be possible to fix this by adding the following to the
  JVM Arguments section of Library Manager:
  
  -Dswing.systemlaf=javax.swing.plaf.metal.MetalLookAndFeel
  
  In some cases there are still some menu options that do not work
  such as right-clicking in the Stub editor.

Problem conclusion

• A fix for this issue was provided in version 8.7.0.1 of Rational
  Integration Tester.
