Error description

• In Rational Developer for System z - RDz - v9.1.1, user build
  fails for files imported to Rational Team Concert (RTC) as
  binary
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1- use SCM zImport --binary command to import a COBOL program to
  RTC
  2- load it to a local workspace using RTC Find and Load Eclipse
  projects
  3- launch a user build
  4- joblog shows an error like:

  ==000001==> IGYDS0002-E A character other than "*", "D", "/"
                          or "-" was found in column 7.  A
                          blank was assumed.
  
  ==000001==> IGYDS0027-S Non-COBOL character(s) were found
        starting with "" in column 8.  The
                          characters were discarded.
  

Local fix

• Use RTC build instead of RDz user build

Problem conclusion

• The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for System z V9.1.1.1 Fix Pack which
