• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When attempting to view a saved report in the IBM Rational
  License Key Server (RLKS) Administration and Reporting Tool
  (ART) using Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 or 11, the message
  "No license usage information for the selected parameters" is
  displayed.
  
  If the same report is edited and then run, it may work.
  
  This happens most often for reports that cover 20 or more
  products.
  

Local fix

• Options to work around this issue:
  - Split the product list into multiple reports.
  - Edit the report and run it from the editing screen.
