Error description

• Environment name is case sensitive when publishing a stub
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1. Create an environment with the name "tenv"
  
  2. Create a stub
  
  3. Publish the stub using environment name "TENV"
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  
  Environment "tenv" and "TENV" should be considered the same
  environment and the
  stub should be published successfullly.
  
  
  ACTUAL RESULTS:
  
  The stub fails to publish
  
  WORKAROUND:
  
  Publish the stub using the actual case of the environment as
  defined in Rational Integration Tester

Problem conclusion

• A fix for this issue was provided in version 8.7.0 of Rational
  Integration Tester. Users are no longer permitted to create
  environments whose names differ only in case. A warning is
  displayed if such a duplicate name is entered. When publishing
  stubs to Rational Test Control Panel, environment name
  comparison is now also performed in a case-insensitive manner.
