Error description

• Rational Developer for System z - RDz - v9.1.1
  The compare with each other editor used to compare JES spool
  files incorrectly displays some characters.
  
  In this case, the character that is displayed incorrectly is
  the ae ligature, which is found in codepage IBM-277 (IBM277).

• The JES compare editor incorrectly displays the AE ligature in
  the when the code page is IBM-277.
  

Problem conclusion

• Modified the JES compare editor to correctly set the code page
  for the displayed listings.
