Error description

• When you are working in a remote Unix/Linux IBM Rational
  ClearCase dynamic view in an interop environment and are using
  an Network File System (NFS) client on a Microsoft Windows
  machine, you may experience an error when you are saving view
  private files in UltraEdit, Eclipse or Microsoft Visual
  Studio.NET.
  
  The error is similar to:
  
  "The file has been modified outside of the editor.  Do you want
  to reload?"
  
  You may find that the file is being saved twice with different
  modification times, which is causing this behavior.
  
  This issue does not occur with using an NFS client and local
  Windows views or remote Unix/Linux views using SAMBA or CIFS.
