CPU usage

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Configure HP Quality Center (QC) and Rational Integration
Tester integration

2. Launch a RIT test from HP QC


EXPECTED RESULTS:

The test launches and runs successfully with no excessive CPU
usage

ACTUAL RESULTS:

The test launches and runs successfully but the CPU usage is
excessive
