APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The server's response specifies both an Expires header and an
  Cache-Control with max-age.  The Expires header provides a date
  in the past, indicating that the response should not be
  retrieved from cache but the Cache-Control max-age is set
  sufficiently large so that the cached response should be used.
  
  When the request is run in a loop, RPT will request the document
  from the server each iteration (i.e. it will not use its cached
  version); a browser would only request it once under the same
  circumstances.
