Error description

  • Details:?During the run of a monthly TI, the tm1 server becomes
    unresponsive until the runTI step is completed.  They are unable
    to log into the instance, and Architect becomes unresponsive for
    users already logged in.??The TI takes approximately 25 minutes
    total to run, and after it completes the instance is
    responsive.?*Of note: they are able to log into the instance for
    up to approximately 12 minutes, but during the remaining 13
    minutes they are unable to log in.??From looking at ops console,
    the existing architect sessions for the Info column show a
    WaitingOn(ID#) of the RunTI ID, and any new login States show
    ??? in the User column.??The TI updates approximately 500,000
    dimension elements from an Oracle data source.??Question:?Is
    this expected, or is this a defect?
