Error description

• When Rational Test Control Panel is stopped, tests that use a
  stub that was
  previously launched in Rational Integration Tester fail to get a
  response from that stub.

Problem conclusion

• A fix for this issue was provided in version 8.7.0 of Rational
  Integration Tester. Tests now continue to run in Rational
  Integration Tester after Rational Test Control Panel is stopped.
