• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When using the IBM Rational License key Server (RLKS)
  Administration and Reporting Tool (ART) to generate license
  usage reports, the data may be inconsistent under the following
  circumstances:
  1) Reporting is being performed on a redundant license server
  triad
  2) The license server triad is restarted or if the master server
  switches due to a communications failure.
