Error description

• Cannot record SQL when the expression IS [NOT] DISTINCT FROM is
  used in SQL.
  
  These are ANSI SQL expressions:
  IS DISTINCT FROM was introduced in ANSI SQL 1999.
  IS NOT DISTINCT FROM was introduced in in ANSI SQL 2003.

Problem conclusion
