Error description

• When saving a report in the IBM Rational License Key server
  (RLKS) Administration and reporting tool (ART), saving a report
  title with an apostrophe character in the title can cause
  subsequent attempts to save report definitions to fail.
  
  Additionally, the presence of the apostrophe may cause all
  reports to become invisible on a subsequent login to the RLKS
  ART.

Problem conclusion

• This issue has been fixed in RLKS Administration and Reporting
  Tool version 8.1.4.3 Customers can now create report definitions
  with names containing the apostrophe character.
