APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• With pop-up editor windows configured, changes made to the
  Filter expressions of the Test Data Iterator action are not
  always saved.
  With the docked editor changes are saved when you click the
  Apply button.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1. Create a test with a Test Data Iterator and at least one tag
  2. Configure the Iterator test data source and click the Filter
  tab.
  3. Enter a value in the Required Value tab and click OK.
  4. Re-open the test action and edit the Required Value value and
  click OK
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  
  The subsequent changes are saved.
  
  ACTUAL RESULTS:
  
  Changes are not saved.
  
  WORKAROUND:
  
  Hit Enter or click elsewhere in the frame to close that cell
  after modifying it.
  
  Use the docked editor with the Apply button.

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been resolved in version 8.6.0.2 of Rational
  Integration Tester and the value now saves correctly.
