APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When editing a SOAP message, properties can be set in the header
  by entering them in the Message Header tab.  If existing
  properties are removed they are still set in subsequent
  executions of the test.
  

Local fix

• Exit from Rational Integration Tester after deleting the
  properties and restart.
