On RHP 8.0.5 on RHEL 5.4 (64bit) if you run the following command: ./RhapsodyCL.exe -cmd=exit a folder called '?' gets created.

This issue was caused because the RCL_Config.txt file contained ^M characters. Once dos2unix command is run on this file, this issue is not seen.
