Error description

When using IBM Rational ClearCase views with a large cache
(&#65491; 32MB) setting the view_server process becomes 100% busy when
'cleartool setcs -current' is run, if the views object cache is
100% full.
This behaviour is seen for both local and remote Dynamic and
Snapshot views.  The process eventually self recovers after
30-90 minutes.

WORKAROUND:
None.

A fix is available in ClearCase versions 8.0.0.11 and 8.0.1.4
