APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Deploy creates additional RCL_API_Log_Sample_X_X_XXXX_X.xml in
  its
  bin directory without a setting that allows users to redirect
  these xml files to other directiories.
  

Local fix

• Users can add the rm command to Deploy's set_env file to remove
  the files; however this command cannot be used in Windows
  platform.
