PI11390: Rational License Administration and reporting tool may not allow importing licenses with Internet Explorer 10

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When using the IBM Rational License Key Administration (LKA) and
  Reporting Tool on a host running Microsoft Internet Explorer 10,
  options to administer licenses may be disabled.
  
  This has primarily been observed when the Administration and
  Reporting server and the client running Internet Explorer 10 use
  different operating system locale settings.

Problem conclusion
