Error description

Introduction of the use of TLSv1.2 to respond to a security
update requirement in IBM Rational ClearCase 8.0.0.8 which uses
IBM JRE 6 SR12 has affected the connection from the Jenkin-HPI
plugin to IBM Rational ClearCase causes a failure.

Workaround:
Use IBM JRE version 6 SR12 or higher
