Error description

• 'Artifact Type' list is empty and disabled when creating
  collaboration links between DOORS and Change.
  
  With IBM Rational DOORS and IBM Rational Change integrated via
  OSLC.
  When you try to create a new Collaboration Link between DOORS
  and Change and select the option 'Create artifact' you would
  notice that the option 'Artifact type' is empty and disabled.

  The xml received from CQ was not giving the expected tags, and
  so code changed to parse the XML correctly
  

Problem conclusion

• With this fix, now the "Artifact type" drop-down will show the
  different artifact types and the users can select from there
