Error description

• DOORS ReqIF: Importing ReqIF files into DOORS or DNG doesn't
  retain DXL Attribute values.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  ==============
  1? Use any version of DOORS after 9.5.1.0 (say latest 9.5.2)
  
  2? Have a Module which has a couple of DXL Attributes in it.
  As expected, Objects would have associated values for the DXL
  Attributes.
  
  3? Export such a Module to ReqIF, you can use 'no locks' while
  exporting.
  
  4? Import the ReqIF file into either a DOORS Database OR into
  DNG. You would observe that though the DXL Attributes are listed
  in the Module, none of the values for these Attributes are
  retained. i.e values for these DXL Attributes are empty for all
  the Objects.
  
  NOTE: This behavior is observed in DOORS version 9.5.1.2 ?
  latest 9.5.2. However, this issue is not observed in DOORS
  9.5.1.0

Problem conclusion

• Added a special case for DXL attributes to revert to the
  previous behaviour (exporting the current calculated value of
  the DXL attribute) rather than treating it as empty and not
  exporting it at all.
