PI08957: Unable to remove Unresolved Elements in 8.0.4

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• We are unable to clean unresolved elements out of a model.  Do
  an Advanced Search and Replace to finds a number of packages
  that are unresolved (a parent package and the packages and
  sub-packages under it).  They can be deleted from the search
  list and then the search comes up empty.  Reload the model and
  the unresolved elements are back.
  
  We also tried recreating the package structure and removing
  that.  The unresolved packages still come back when we reload
  the model.

  - delete the unresolved elements.
