  CTRL key mapped to Enter is sent to all Host Connect  windows in
  Rational Developer for System z
  
  APAR Error Description:
  
  Abstract:
  When a RDz client maps a  CTRL key to Enter function, and has
  more than one Host Connect emulator windows open, then pressing
  the CTRL key in one window has the effect
  of sending the Enter function to the other windows as well.
  
  Error Description:
  
  To create the problem
  1. Using Windows-?Preferences-?Generel-?Keys-?Host Connection
  Control Keys to Enable CtRL key to Enter mapping
  2. Open two Host Connect windows
  3. Press CTRL while one of the windows is in focus
  
  Observe that the other window has also received the Enter.
  
  
  Local fix:
  Do not use CTRL if more than one host connect windows are in
  use. Use the keyboard Enter key instead.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Code was not checking to see if the current
  keystroke that was being processed was targeted for the current
  presentation space; therefore, all presentation spaces were
  responding to the keystroke.

  keystrokes targeted for the current presentation space.  No new
