Error description

• The IARV64 REQUEST(CHANGEGUARD) call from module DSNSVSGM +15C2
  to obtain additional storage for Db2 Trace Accounting
  processing fails with ABENDSDC2 - 5C004221.

  Investigation shows that Db2 Trace Facility was processing, it
  requested storage from a pool it owns.  To accommodate the
  request, Db2 Storage Manager tried to expand the pool to get
  additional storage, but was not successful.  Db2 Storage
  Manager encountered the abend
     ABND=DC2-5C004221,,PSW=070C5000819C908E,A=00EA
  when it tried to issue an IARV64 macro request.
  Further investigation shows that the aforementioned abend can
  be encountered when Db2 Storage Manager tries to expand
  usable storage from the High Common area.
  

Problem conclusion

• Db2 was changed to make sure the correct values were provided
  in the IARV64 macro request.
