    ****************************************************************
The WebSphere tradtional OpenID Connect Relying Party cannot
include a nonce parameter on the initial login request to an
    OpenID connect provider.

Problem conclusion

  • The OIDC RP TAI is updated to allow the nonce parameter to be
included on the initial authentication request to the OP.

The following OIDC TAI custom property is added:

    provider_.nonceEnabled

Valid values for this property are true and false (default).

When this property is set to true, a nonce parameter is sent
to the OpenID Connect provider on the initial authentication
    request.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 8.5.5.17 and 9.0.5.3. Please refer to the Recommended
