When restarting ADI in Windows Server, sometimes Elasticsearch fails to restart with the following error: The system cannot find the Registry key for service adi-elasticsearch Loading Configuration failed The system cannot find the file specified. Commons Daemon procrun failed with exit value: 2 <Failed to load configuration> The system cannot find the file specified.

In Windows Server, if an elasticsearch service reinstalls before the previous service is removed completely, error is thrown which causes the installation to fail.
Problem conclusion
Fixed by implementing a solution that waits for the previous Elasticsearch service to be removed completely before performing another install.
