PH14231: SOME RSAD FEATURES CAUSE PLUG-IN WITH RTC TO NOT CONNECT TO JAZZSERVER

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A user attempted to install RSAD 9.7 and applied all the
  features as shown in the upper part of the screenshot attached.
  Then the user installed the RTC plug-in version 6.0.6. Then the
  user could not connect to RTC server 6.0.6. iFix 007 using a
  smartcard. We had the user uninstall RSAD and install again,
  keeping only the default features. Then the user installed the
  RTC plug-in and connected successfully to the server. So the
  user went back to installation manager to add in the necessary
  features. When he did, he got the error that you can see in the
  bottom part of the screenshot attached. Please confirm this
  apparent bug and let us know when it will be fixed. The user
  needs these features in RSAD.
  

Local fix

• Include 'MDD for Java - Standard' in features install.
