  IBM Z Decision Support for Capacity Planning:
  1. Requires enhancement to provide Capacity Planning for CICS
  2. Requires enhancement to allow drill down from Service
     Class to Address Space level.
  3  Is not optimized when pre-loading the drop-down lists in
     Cognos reports.

  2. New config file to allow out-of-the-box forecasting of CICS
  transaction volume and CPU seconds on CICS region level.
  
  3. New CICS Capacity Planning Cognos reports to measure,
  monitor and forecast volume and CPU seconds on various
  aggregation and functional levels. These reports have built-in
  drill down functionality which allows root-cause analysis and
  anomaly detection.
  
  4. New Capacity Planning Address Space data tables and views:
  - CP_CPU_JOB_T & CP_CPU_JOB_TV
  - CP_CPU_JOB_H & CP_CPU_JOB_HV
  - CP_CPU_JOB_D & CP_CPU_JOB_DV
  - CP_CPU_JOB_W & CP_CPU_JOB_WV
  
  5. New Cognos reports which allow drill down from Service
  Class to Address Space level.
  
  6. Remove the global search character capabilities within the
  CP_BUSINESS_APPL lookup table, to facility further performance
  improvements.
  
  If you have previously set up Business Applications using this
  lookup table, you will need to adjust this lookup table
  content before you collect data. Refer to the HOLDACT for more
  detailed information.
