  This APAR changes the utility compatibility matrix to enable
  a REORG SHRLEVEL CHANGE to run concurrently with a LOAD RESUME
  YES SHRLEVEL CHANGE utility.  Prior to this APAR, concurrent
  execution of these two utilities against the same data base
  objects would result in the later utility failing with RC8 and
  MSGDSNU180I.
  
  With this APAR, a LOAD RESUME YES SHRLEVEL CHANGE utility can
  run concurrently with a REORG SHRLEVEL CHANGE against the same
  data base objects.  But note that REORG would require exclusive
  control of the target objects in the last LOG iteration and
  SWITCH phase, during which the concurrent utilities would be
  subjected to typical drain/claim serialization control.
  

Problem conclusion

• Utility compatibility checking has been enhanced to enable the
  aforementioned LOAD and REORG concurrency scenario.
