• During performance test with multiple client accesses,
  ConcurrentModificationException below sometimes happen in CDI

  In high load with multiple cliants a
  ConcurrentModificationException is thrown from
  WebSphereInjectionServicesImpl.findReferenceContext
  

Problem conclusion

• A set was made into a concurrency friendly set.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.5.0.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
