Error description

• IBM Developer for z Systems - IDz - v14
  No code coverage is generated when ENVAR("EQA_STARTUP_KEY=CC")
  is inserted into the Language Environment Options for a
  Compiled Code Coverage Configuration.
  
  Steps to recreate:
  Right click on a load module and select Code Coverage As
  select Compiled Code Coverage Configurations
  In the Debug tab Language Environment Options field insert:
  ENVAR("EQA_STARTUP_KEY=CC")
  
  Press the Coverage button
  Below is an example of the generated JCL:
  TEST(ALL,,PROMPT,DBMDT%USER1:*)
  ENVAR(
  "EQA_STARTUP_KEY=3"
  )
  
  The Code coverage ends but no output is generated.
  

Local fix

• Enter SJ next to the job
  Change the int value, for exampe, 3,  to CC
  Submit and it works

Problem conclusion

• The code was updated so that the EQA_STARTUP_KEY is generated
  such that the IBM z/OS Debugger can produce code coverage
  results.
  
  This problem is fixed for the following products:
  IBM Debug for z Systems
  IBM Developer for z Systems
  IBM Developer for z Systems Enterprise Edition
