  The transaction with TxID,

  running on thread, 008d <WXS Scheduler : 8>, on shard
  null:BalanceGrid:ENTITY_MAPSET:0 has exceeded
  the configured transaction timeout value and was been marked
  rollback-only. This might be caused by lock contention or
  application deadlock, or your transaction timeout value is set
  too small.

  running on thread, 008e <WXS Scheduler : 6>, on shard

  the configured transaction timeout value and was been marked
  rollback-only. This might be caused by lock contention or
  application deadlock, or your transaction timeout value is set
  too small.
  The warning itself is benign, however, the fact the warning is
  showing up is a bug.

  The transaction timeout warning (CWOBJ0061W) occurs every hour
  at the exact same minute, second, and millisecond. The
  warning is benign and caused by a bug in the rollback logic in
  the ReviewPartitionReports class.
  

Problem conclusion

• The bug in the rollback logic has been resolved and an interim
  fix for WebSphere eXtreme Scale 8.6.1.3 is available.
