  * USERS AFFECTED: All DB2 11 & DB2 12 for z/OS users of the    *
  *                 MQListener application.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Currently, the HFS MQListener log file  *
  *                      grows until it reaches the HFS          *
  *                      limit. For many users, that file size   *
  *                      is too big. Users need a way to specify *
  *                      the maximum size for the log file,      *
  *                      and to create a copy of and             *
  *                      reinitialize the log file when it       *
  *                      reaches the maximum size.               *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply corrective PTF when available.         *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR provides support for limiting the size of the
  HFS log file that records diagnostic information
  about MQListener.
  
  When you have specified new environment variable MQLSNLWR,
  and the MQListener log file reaches the maximum size,
  MQListener saves a copy of the log file and
  reinitializes the log file.
  
  Specify the MQLSNLWR environment variable as follows:
  
  export MQLSNLWR=file-size,file-name
  
  file-size is the maximum size of the MQListener log file,
  in megabytes.
  
  file-name is the name of the HFS file into which
  MQListener saves a copy of the MQListener log file.
  
  IMPORTANT: The ID under which MQListener runs must have
  authority to allocate and write to the file that is
  specified by file-name. Otherwise, when the log file
  reaches its maximum size, MQListener reinitializes the
  log file, but does not create a copy.
  
  Example:
  Suppose you want the maximum size of the HFS MQListener log file
  to be 2000 MB. When the log file reaches about 2000 MB, you want
  MQListener to save a copy of the log file in the file named
  '/tmp/mqlsn.log.old'. Include the following export statement
  in your .profile file.
  
  export MQLSNLWR=2000,/tmp/mqlsn.log.old
