Error description
When a caller configuration is defined for UsernameToken, a CWWKW0207E error can be generated due to an issue when processing the caller token.

Problem conclusion
This problem occured because the WS-Security code in Liberty did not correctly process caller configuration for a UsernameToken without a password. The WS-Security runtime code was updated to correctly process the UsernameToken caller configuration. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 18.0.0.4.
