Error description

• In RDz 9.5.1.1, the SQL parser displays errors with any
  statement XXX BY followed by  'COUNT(*) OVER' such as
  SELECT  COUNT(*)
                        OVER (PARTITION BY
  
  For example,
  
  SELECT  COUNT(*)
                        OVER (PARTITION BY ABC089.UPC_13_NUM)
                        AS COUNT_UPC_13,
                          ABC089.UPC_13_NUM
                          AS UPC_13_NUM
                          ,ABC005.ITEM_DESC
                          AS ITEM_DESC
                          , ABC005.ITEM_UOM_CODE
                          AS ITEM_UOM_CODE
                       FROM   ABC089UPC       ABC089
  

Local fix

• The parser does not appear to be recognizing COUNT(*) properly
  as replacing it with ROW_NUMBER() parses properly.

• The missing SQL syntax has been added.  The problem listed in
  this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for z Systems V9.5.1.9 Fix Pack which
  is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
