  * lock because of problems in the TCP/IP lock table.           *

  The TCP/IP lock table was updated and new locks were added in
  the middle of the table. If a module was not recompiled with the
  new lock table it did not have the correct location of some
  locks causing different locks to reference the same location in
  the lock table.
  

Problem conclusion

• The lock table was updated to move the news locks to the bottom
  of the lock table.
