Closed as program error.
There are cases when Traveler opens a folder document in the user's mail file and it does not have a noteId and when trying to convert it to number causes a NumberFormatException: For input string: "". The external symptoms are the two warning messages in the console. 09.06.2016 11:08:22 Traveler: WARNING <UserName> Sync exception being treated as a backend failure. Exception Thrown: com.lotus.sync.TSS.DBInt.SendActionExceptionException: java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "" 09.06.2016 11:08:22 Traveler: WARNING <UserName> Session ID 3eb594d4155346b67b17bf993b936e116a2 could not be associated with any existing PS threads. There is no work around, but the warning message can be ignored.
The warning message can be ignored.
The error in this case is expected and should be logged but not as a warning.
The IBM Traveler server has been updated to handle this scenario correctly.
This fix will be included in IBM Traveler 188.8.131.52 and all later releases. See this technote for the latest available maintenance release. http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg24019529
