Error description

  • Notes document links (Links to Notes databases, views, or
    documents) are not working when using the iOS or Windows Phone
    Companion clients. The hotspot for the link is present on the
    mobile clients, but clicking the link does not cause any action.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • When reading an encrypted mail in the IBM Companion application
    the Notes Doc links are not working.  Clicking the link takes no
    action.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The IBM Traveler server has been updated to resolve this issue.
