APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • If a user whose mailfile is over quota attempts to move mail to
Trash or hard-delete mail (by emptying Trash) from the device in
attempt to bring the mailfile under quota, an error status is
returned to the device and the change is not synced to the
    server.

With this APAR, moves to Trash and hard-deletes will not
generate error statuses and will be synced to the server.

Problem summary

  • Previously a user was unable to use a Mobile device to try and
get under quota as all sync options were blocked. Now will
permit delete actions to help a user get under quota again from
