Error description
When an IMSMO device (Outlook) sends a mail to an internet address with a display name that contains an unescaped internal double quote and a comma, the address may be improperly split into two addresses which may subsequently result in delivery report failures.

Problem conclusion
The IBM Traveler server has been updated to handle this scenario correctly.
Temporary fix
