LO81514: SOME ATTACHMENTS ARE NOT ABLE TO BE DOWNLOADED TO DEVICE
Closed as program error.
The common sign of this problem is the following message SEVERE Internal Error: Debug Data: Could not find file attachment w/ UNID=97D25CD8F855032765257D25001D5761 Error(404)=Entry not found in index SEVERE Action(1)=Meta Data, userCN=CN=XXXX/OU=YYY/O=ZZZZ, deviceId=DDDDD database=mail/XXXX.nsf, server=CN=MailServer2/O=ZZZZZ refid=97D25CD8F855032765257D25001D5761_221570, hookId=null, file_sz=-1, file_name=null, contentType=null The problem is that the way Notes Traveler was identifying the attachments was specific to a mail server in the cluster. If the email was down load from Mail Server 1, the attachment was being streamed down when Notes Traveler was talking to Mail Server 2 could cause this error. A replace data from device would be need to resolve old emails with the problem. This will fix new emails synched after the fix is applied.
Streaming of attachment may fail if the primary mail server is offline.
Notes Traveler server has been updated to correctly stream the attachment from the secondary mail server when appropriate.
This fix is included in Notes Traveler 9.0.1 IF6 and will be included in any future releases. See this technote for the latest maintenance infomation: http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg24019529
