Error description

  • The common sign of this problem is the following message
    SEVERE Internal Error: Debug Data: Could not find file
    attachment w/ UNID=97D25CD8F855032765257D25001D5761
    Error(404)=Entry not found in index
    SEVERE  Action(1)=Meta Data, userCN=CN=XXXX/OU=YYY/O=ZZZZ,
    deviceId=DDDDD database=mail/XXXX.nsf,
    server=CN=MailServer2/O=ZZZZZ
    refid=97D25CD8F855032765257D25001D5761_221570, hookId=null,
    file_sz=-1, file_name=null, contentType=null
    The problem is that the way Notes Traveler was identifying the
    attachments was specific to a mail server in the cluster. If
    the email was down load from Mail Server 1, the attachment was
    being streamed down when Notes Traveler was talking to Mail
    Server 2 could cause this error.
    A replace data from device would be need to resolve old emails
    with the problem. This will fix new emails synched after the
    fix is applied.

Local fix

  • N/A

Problem summary

  • Streaming of attachment may fail if the primary mail server is
    offline.

    attachment from the secondary mail server when appropriate.

Temporary fix
