Error description

  • With emails being in Rich Text Format causes in line attachments
    to not be viewed in lined, but they are viewable as
    attachments.  All of the data is available just  not in the
    correct presentation.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • When sent from the device an e-mail in Mime format may appear as
    Rich Text format to the sender.  The content will be correct,
    but the presentation may be altered.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The Notes Traveler server was updated to ensure the Mime format
    is preserved on the send from mobile device.
