LO78965: SOME ATTACHMENTS ARE NOT DOWNLOADED TO DEVICE
Closed as program error.
There are some attachment that will not download to device. The scenario that is address by this PMR shows up in the NTSActivity logs as the following 2 INFO message Internal Error: Debug Data: Could not find file attachment w/ UNID=EED0D593A977FFF1DE1D75DD02F23DD5 Error(404)=Entry not found in index Action(0)=Stream, userCN=CN=XXXX, deviceId=CN=XXXX, database=mail/XXXX.nsf, server=CN=YYYY, refid=EED0D593A977FFF1DE1D75DD02F23DD5_8288, hookId=null, file_sz=-1, file_name=null, contentType=null The problem is that the Id part of the reference Id is not unique and when the devices comes back to Notes Traveler to download the attachment it can not be found. The change is to change the Id to be something that is Unique and that can always be found. This APAR will fix emails that arrive on the device after the fix is applied. Current emails on the device still may have the problem until they are resynched to the device
Some attachments were being reported by the Domino server as having the same ID so when the device requested the attachment it could not be retrieved as the ID was not unique.
The Notes Traveler server was updated to work around this issue with the Domino server and ensure the IDs were always unique for the attachment which resolves this problem.
